Principal and Vice-Principal
Principal – Mr. CHAN Wing-sang
Chan Wing-sang, Master in Christian Education, candidate of Doctoral program in Christian Education, currently the principal of the Hong Kong International Christian Quality Music Secondary and Primary School and Hong Kong International Institute of Music. He is also an adjunct lecturer in music at the Hong Kong Baptist University. He graduated from the Department of Music and Fine Arts of the Hong Kong Baptist University majoring in music education and has the Licentiate Performer’s Diploma (L.T.C.L.) in classical guitar performance awarded by the Trinity College of Music in Britain. Winner of the 1979 and 1982 Hong Kong Classical Guitar Competition, Chan was awarded a scholarship of the Ministry of Culture of Spain in 1984 to study his arts in Spain, and was admitted by the Real Conservatorio de Musica de Madrid in the same year, where he studied under Jose Thomas, J. Ariza and J.L. Rodrigo. In 1986 he was recognized by the Spanish Education Ministry as a Superior Professor in Classical Guitar. Chan is the founder of both the International Christian Music Quality Music Secondary and Primary School and The Hong Kong International Institute of Music.
Vice-Principal – Mr. Daniel Lok-shing CHONG
Chong graduated in the Music Department of Hong Kong Baptist University and received the Associate Performer's Diploma (A.T.C.L.) in piano. Later, he read for the Master Degree in music composition in North Texas University, USA. He participates actively in the composition of music dramas, children’s choir and church music ministry when returned back to Hong Kong. Recently, he also composed gospel music dramas, where six large-scale dramas have been published.
